About Our Fresh Salad Rolls

Every roll is made by hand: the rice paper is softened, then packed with vermicelli, crisp lettuce, mint and coriander so each bite is fresh and herbaceous rather than heavy.

We serve them cool with a dipping sauce on the side, which makes them a natural first course before a hot bowl of pho.
