About Our Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Bowl

The chicken is marinated in lemongrass and garlic, then grilled so the outside caramelises while the inside stays moist. Set against cold noodles and raw vegetables, it makes a bowl that is refreshing and substantial at the same time.

Pour the nước chấm over everything, toss it through, and each forkful picks up noodles, herbs, chicken and peanuts together.
