About Our Beef Pho

Pho (Phở Bò) starts long before service. We simmer beef bones with charred onion, ginger and warming spices until the broth is clear, aromatic and full-bodied, the step that separates real Vietnamese pho from a quick soup.

Each bowl is built to order with flat rice noodles, tender beef and hot broth ladled over the top, then served with a side plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime and fresh chili so you can season it exactly the way you like.
