About Our Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Chả Giò are filled with seasoned pork and vegetables, wrapped tightly and fried so the shell shatters when you bite into it while the filling stays juicy.

They are served hot with nước chấm, and many guests wrap them in lettuce and fresh herbs before dipping, the traditional way.
