About Our Chicken Pho

Phở Gà is made with a chicken broth we keep deliberately clear and delicate, seasoned with ginger and aromatics rather than the heavier spice blend used for beef pho.

We finish every bowl with rice noodles, sliced chicken, green onion and fresh herbs, plus lime and chili on the side so the flavour stays yours to adjust.

Chicken pho is one of the easiest dishes to share with children, and one of the easiest to bring back to the office near Quarry Park. It is light enough for a weekday lunch and warming enough for a Calgary winter evening, which is why it stays among the most-ordered dishes at our Douglasdale restaurant.
