About Our Grilled Pork with Rice

We use the same lemongrass and garlic marinade that goes into our vermicelli bowls, grilling the pork so the fat renders and the edges char. Served over rice, it becomes the kind of plate Vietnamese families eat on an ordinary weeknight.
